Every plan includes the editor, imports, domain verification, tracking and reports. A campaign that needs more emails than you have left will not send and you are never charged extra; upgrade, buy an email pack or send it after the reset on the 1st.
Questions, answered
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan includes 2,000 emails a month and up to 1,000 contacts with no card on file. Add a card only when you choose a paid plan.
What happens if I send more than my plan includes?
Sending pauses at your limit and you are never charged extra. You choose: upgrade your plan, buy an email pack (credits never expire), or send after your allowance resets on the 1st.
What counts as a contact?
Only people who can receive your emails: unsubscribed, bounced and complained contacts are free and never count. Every plan includes as many contacts as monthly emails, so you can email your whole list at least once a month.
What if I go over my contacts?
Nothing stops: imports and sending keep working, and we let you know. You choose what happens next: upgrade your plan, or add 10,000 contacts for $10 a month. You are never charged without agreeing. (The Free plan stops at 1,000 contacts.)
Can I put a sign-up form on my website?
Yes, on any website. Build a popup or an inline form on the Forms page, then paste one line of code into the header of your site: Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow or a site you built. On Wix, popups work and inline forms do not yet. On Shopify, the SendDuo app adds them to your theme, and on WordPress with WooCommerce, the SendDuo plugin adds them for you.
Does SendDuo work with my online store?
Campaigns, sign-up forms and the Welcome email work with any store or website. Abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back emails need a connected store: the SendDuo app on Shopify, or the SendDuo WordPress plugin on WooCommerce.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes, and you should: email from your own domain reaches inboxes more reliably. Add your domain in Settings, copy the records we show you into your DNS provider, and we verify them for you.
What does "deliverability we watch for you" mean?
Every send is tracked for bounces and spam complaints. If your rates climb, we warn you with specific advice. If they cross the levels inbox providers act on (5% bounces or 0.10% complaints), we pause sending and help you clean your list before resuming.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and your plan returns to Free at the end of the billing period. Your contacts, campaigns and reports stay in your account.
