- Create a popup in SendDuo and turn it on. It shows on every page of your site.
Wix only allows custom code on sites with a connected domain and a plan that includes it.
Good to know
On Wix, popups work and inline forms do not yet. SendDuo does not connect to Wix Stores, so abandoned cart and order emails are not available on Wix.

Can I move my Wix contacts to SendDuo?
Yes. Export your contacts from Wix as a CSV file and import it on the Contacts page. People who unsubscribed stay unsubscribed.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. SendDuo sends from your own domain, like hello@yourshop.com, which reaches inboxes more reliably. SendDuo shows the DNS records to add and checks them for you.
