Does SendDuo replace Shopify Email?
It can. SendDuo sends campaigns and automations to your Shopify customers. If you use SendDuo for abandoned checkouts, turn off Shopify’s own abandoned checkout email so customers do not get two.
Which customers can I email?
Only customers who accepted email marketing, plus people who sign up through your SendDuo forms. Everyone else is kept in SendDuo for your reports but is never emailed.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes. SendDuo shows you the DNS records to add and checks them for you. Email from your own domain reaches inboxes more reliably.
How much does SendDuo cost?
The Free plan includes 2,000 emails a month and up to 1,000 contacts, with no credit card. Paid plans start at $9.99 a month. You pay for the emails you send, every plan includes as many contacts as monthly emails, and unsubscribed contacts never count.
