You choose the timing and the discount
Choose how long a cart sits before it counts as abandoned: 1, 2, 4, 6, 12 or 24 hours. 4 hours suits most shops.
The discount is optional. Switch it off and the emails go out without a code; switch it on and type a code you created in your store.
Works with Shopify and WooCommerce
On Shopify, install the SendDuo app. On WooCommerce, install the free SendDuo WordPress plugin. Either way, only shoppers who are subscribed to your emails get them.

How long after a shopper leaves is the first email sent?
You choose: 1, 2, 4, 6, 12 or 24 hours of no activity on the cart. 4 hours is recommended.
Do I have to offer a discount?
No. The discount code is optional. With it switched off, the emails go out without a code.
Will a shopper get emails after they buy?
No. The series stops as soon as they order or empty their cart.
How much does SendDuo cost?
