Every new subscriber gets a welcome email straight away, your story two days later, and a welcome gift three days after that. It works on any website, with or without a store.
Post-purchase
A thank-you the day after an order, a review request nine days later, and products they might also like after that.
Win-back
Customers whose last order was 90 days ago (or the number of days you choose) get a “We miss you” email, then a last-chance reminder a week later.
Abandoned cart
Shoppers who leave items in their cart get what they left, with a link straight back to it, in a series of three emails that stops when they order.
Back in stock
Shoppers on a sold-out product page ask to be emailed when it is back, and SendDuo emails each of them once when it is, with the product’s picture and price. You also see which products people are waiting for.
Birthday
Subscribers get a happy birthday email on the day, or a few days before, with an optional discount code. Birthdays come from your sign-up forms, imports or contact pages, month and day only.
Discounts only when you want them
Welcome, Win-back and Abandoned cart each have an email with a discount code. Switch it off and the emails go out without one.

Do I need a store to use automations?
The Welcome series works on any website. Post-purchase, Win-back, Abandoned cart and Back in stock need a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store, because they use your orders, carts and products.
Can I change the emails?
Yes. Every email in an automation can be edited, and you can turn any automation off at any time.
How much does SendDuo cost?
The Free plan includes 2,000 emails a month and up to 1,000 contacts, with no credit card. Paid plans start at $9.99 a month. You pay for the emails you send, every plan includes as many contacts as monthly emails, and unsubscribed contacts never count.
