Add forms to any website

Paste one line of code into Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or any other site to show your SendDuo popups and sign-up forms.

Updated October 23, 2026

Your SendDuo forms work on any website, not only WooCommerce and Shopify. You paste one line of code into your site once. After that, every popup you turn on shows on your site, and inline forms show wherever you place them.

On WooCommerce or Shopify? Use the SendDuo plugin or app instead: Connect your WooCommerce store or Connect your Shopify store.

Add your website

  1. In SendDuo, open Forms.
  2. Under Any other website, type Your website address, for example https://www.yourshop.com.
  3. Click Save.

A Your website box appears with your snippet. It looks like this:

<script src="https://sendduo.com/embed.js" data-site="..." async></script>

Tip: Forms only load on the address you saved. Use your site's real address. It must start with https://. With or without www. both work. Each account has one website.

Paste the snippet into your site

  1. Click Copy snippet.
  2. Paste it once into your site's header code, so it is on every page. Click Where do I paste this? for help with your website builder.
  3. Save and publish your site.

Where the header code lives:

  • Wix: Settings, then Custom Code, then Add Custom Code. Place it in Head on all pages.
  • Squarespace: Settings, then Advanced, then Code Injection. Paste it into Header and save.
  • Webflow: Site settings, then Custom code. Paste it into Head code, save and publish.
  • WordPress without WooCommerce: use a header code plugin such as WPCode and paste it into the header.

Once SendDuo sees the snippet load on your site, the box shows Installed and when it was last seen. Until then it shows Waiting for the snippet. Open your site once after pasting it.

Show a popup

Create a popup and turn it On. It shows on every page of your website that has the snippet. You don't need to paste anything else. See Create a popup or sign-up form.

Place an inline form

  1. Open the inline form in SendDuo. Under Put it on your website, click Copy. The code looks like <div data-sendduo-form="..."></div>.
  2. On your site, add an HTML or code block where the form should appear and paste the code.
  3. Turn the form On in SendDuo.

The header snippet must be on that page too.

Careful: Inline forms don't work on Wix. Popups do.

Change your address or reset the snippet

Moved to a new domain? Type it under Change address and click Save address. The snippet stays the same.

Reset snippet gives you a new snippet. The old one stops working at once, so your forms disappear until you paste the new one into your site.

Tip: If you later connect the SendDuo WordPress plugin or the Shopify app, it shows your forms instead, and the website snippet is removed.
